Not all of us will admit it, but deep down in the recesses of our minds, there's always some
little thing that we'd like to change.

Is there anything that you wished you had done differently? If so, please let us know by
completing the form below.
I wish I had left a day or two before between
the wedding and honeymoon. It was so stressful
trying to pack everything for the wedding
night and the honeymoon because we were
jetting off the day after the wedding. - Sharon

I don't think I'd have drank the champagne in
the car on the way to the hotel. I didn't drink
much but the effect seemed to have been
greater on me, maybe because of nerves. -
Susan
I don't think the band was what I really wanted.
They were ok but looking back I'd rather have
spent more money on the band than on other
small things. - Anon
I let everyone dictate to me before our
wedding. We ended up with guests that I
didn't even know just so that we could keep
other people happy. And some of our friends
didn't get to go.  - Claire
I'd have a wedding list. Ended up with stupid
presents. - Darren
I think we would go abroad. I'm
regretting spending so much money
on people I haven't seen in the two
years since the wedding. - Michelle
I wouldn't have drunk so much the night
before - Mad Woman
I wouldn't do mass books. I spent weeks doing
them and they were left lying around the church
afterwards - Grainne
I would have spent more time talking
to people. The night seemed to fly by
and I barely said hello to anybody. I
must seem so rude - Sandra
Instead of a hen night Id go on a spa
weekend. I could of done with the
relaxing. - Trisha
Mass booklets were a complete waste of time.
We had loads left over and they were left
between the seats of the church too. - Triona,
Cork
Just wish I'd got some photos of me with my
friends.  - Michelle Sommers
No children to the church! In our video
there's a baby screaming his lungs out
down the back.  - Caro
I would take my mother's advice and elope.
I regret paying thousands for a wedding
and not hearing from any of our guests
ever again. - Sinead
I'd recommend never having a free bar. We
had one and people were very drunk by the
time we were sitting down to eat. A very
unpleasant experience on what was meant
to be our happiest day.  - Anon
I think I would have a gift list. We got a lot of stuff
that we didn't really like. - Siobhan Cork
Put the money into a good photographer. I
hate to admit it but our photos were poor
quality because we opted for somebody
cheap and cheerful. - Samantha Dublin
I had to invite my nieces and nephews
to the wedding so in hindsight I
should have booked a children's
entertainer because children running
around the hotel screaming really
annoyed me on the day. - Anonymous
I would have supplied canapes on guests
arrival at hotel as they were all apparantly
starving and tea and biscuits didn't cut it.  -
Fiona O'Dwyer
My tip - Specify that the hotel leave the
bottles of wine on the table. We heard
complaints back that the staff were very
slow with refills - Louise Meath
